Ingredients will be sourced locally including produce, seafood, meat. A list of farms & purveyors will be provided at the dinner.

Location: Joe Squared, Power Plant location
Time: 6pm Cocktail Hour, 7pm Dinner
Price: $35 per person, 5 course + amuse bouche, cash bar
